When making important decisions about your property, you need to know that the advice on which you are acting is of high quality, based on extensive, real life experience and underpinned by qualification.

Our advice is based upon over 30 years of practical experience in these fields and membership of the highest professional qualifications:

  • British Institute of Agricultural Consultants
  • Chartered Institute of Marketing
  • Institute of Professional Soil Scientists
  • Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment

Landscope operates across a range of projects, from small scale and short term, such as planning on new agricultural barns and land agency, through to long term strategic projects – allocation of land for development and developer acquisition. Whatever the scale and level of complexity, every project we deliver receives the same high level of expertise, drawing upon our diverse skills set and experience.

Our Team

Founded in 2001 by Sam Franklin, Landscope has grown by helping an increasing number of clients to manage and develop their land and property. Sam grew up on a family farm in Bedfordshire and studied Agriculture at University, before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer, amongst other professional qualifications.

All our team are from farming, rural landowning and equestrian backgrounds, so we understand the practicalities and implications involved when you are making decisions about your property, whether it is your business, your home or both. Farming, in particular, presents its own challenges, which transcend other types of businesses, with generations, family relationships and home-life considerations, as well as profit generation playing their part in your decision making.

Values

Whilst our values are traditional – based on a culture of service, integrity and commitment to deliver results, our approach is modern, with bold, dynamic thinking - future proofed wherever possible. Our professional marketing expertise adds a real-life, commercial perspective to ensure our property advice is delivering to the opportunities your markets present too.

The world in which you manage and make decisions about your land & property is ever changing, as regulations, government policies and markets evolve. Our advice is based on continual research into all aspects of property development and business management; but since we are actively operating across private, public and government sectors on-going, so see the property landscape from 360 degrees of perspective.
